SOLIDARITY IN ADVERSITY: Prophet Rolex Stands with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Amid DSS Detention

   Popular stand up comedian and actor Prophet Rolex has supported the IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by wearing the same clothing as the IPOB leader. Rolex encouraged everyone by saying, ‘Be strong, God is alive, and He will never abandon us all.’  

 Kanu has been in DSS custody for almost four years now since he was extraordinary renditioned from Kenya. The Supreme Court of Nigeria has affirmed the position that Kanu did not jump bail, and the Appeal Court has discharged and acquitted him; however, the Federal Government continues to detain him. 

 There are rising concerns on the health status of Kanu, where there are claims that he has been denied proper health care and detention facilities. He has not been provided with a fresh set of clothes for nearly four years and has been attending court in the same clothes. This case has attracted a lot of attention and people are demanding justice for the Biafra Leader.

IPOB's Resolve Hardens: Assassination of Biafra Land Coordinator Will Not Go Unpunished

Eket Province, Nigeria-Biafraland.  The Directorate of State (DOS) and the global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have made a heartbreaking announcement regarding the assassination of Mazi Ikechukwu Ugwuoha, the Biafra Land National Coordinator. Mazi Ugwuoha was tragically murdered by suspected Nigerian government agents near his residence in Aba, Abia State, on October 18th, 2024. According to IPOB, Mazi Ugwuoha was targeted for his role in coordinating a peaceful movement advocating for Biafra's independence. His assassination is seen as part of a wider effort to instill fear among IPOB members and sympathizers. UK Government to Yoruba Nation: ‘Thanks for the Letter, But We're Not Involved

Following the submission of a Yoruba Nation petition at No. 10 Downing Street by Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Sunday Igboho , the controversial Odudwa Nation agitator, on 10th October 2024, the British High Commission and Nigeria's Ministry of Foreign Affairs have clarified their positions on the matter. In a joint statement from the British High Commission and Nigeria's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, both parties emphasized that the petition was not officially endorsed by the UK government or its Parliamentary Petitions Committee.
