Nnamdi Kanu: Lolo Uchechi Thanks Lawyers.

 

The Wife of the Biafra Leader, Lolo Uchechi Kanu paid a visit to Prof. Mike Ezekhome and erudite Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor to thank them for the service there have rendered so far.

On his verified Facebook page Sir Ifeanyi Ejiofor wrote:

Yesterday, April 16, 2024, was a day of gratitude as Lolo Uchechi Okwu Kanu paid a heartfelt 'Thank You Visit' to both Prof. Mike Ozekhome, SAN, and my humble self. 

Her visit, following a routine memorable visit to her husband-Mazi Nnamdi Kanu at the Nigerian State Security Service (SSS) dungeon, was a gesture of profound gratitude for the tireless and often thankless services rendered to her husband. 

During our meeting in Abuja, Lolo Uchechi Okwu Kanu expressed her deep appreciation to the indefatigable team, led by the erudite Prof. Mike Ozekhome SAN, for their unwavering support and the unprecedented victories achieved throughout the challenging period. 

Lolo Okwu Kanu recognized the unparalleled feats accomplished by our team, which have left an indelible mark in the pursuit of justice and human rights for her husband, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

It was indeed an honour to receive Lolo Okwu Kanu's gratitude and to be reminded of the importance of standing up for justice, even in the face of adversity.

The visit offered our esteemed Lead Counsel- Prof. Mike Ozekhome, SAN, the opportunity to chronicle the trajectory of the turbulent storms we relentlessly weathered all through, towards achieving the unprecedented milestone, notwithstanding the storm of the moment. Even as we remained sufficiently satisfied that posterity shall be kind to us when the history will be remembered.

We wish her a very fruitful sojourn in our jurisdiction and safe trip back to her destination.
